INSURANCE PREMIUM FOR THOSE WHO ARE YOUNG, WOMEN AND HAVING AN OCCUPATIONAL CERTIFICATE
DETAILS
For private sector employers, the employer's share of insurance premium calculated over their earnings based on insurance premium is covered as a discount for the insured employees hired between 01.03.2011 and 31.12.2020. It has been implemented since 01.03.2011. The usefulness periods vary from 6 months to 54 months for men and women, depending on the documents owned and age.
TERMS OF USE:
Regarding the Insured
To be hired between 01.03.2011 and 31.12.2020,
Be over 18 years old,
Being unemployed in the six-month period before the date of employment,
Additional employment to the average number of insured,
Regarding the Work Place
The workplace is not one of the institutions and organizations that fall within the scope of the second paragraph of Article 30 of Law No. 5335,
The work done is not from the procurement and construction works undertaken within the scope of Law No. 2886, Law No. 4734 and Article 3 of Law No. 4734 or pursuant to international agreements,
Submitting monthly premium and service documents or withholding and premium service declarations to the Social Security Institution by selecting the law number 06111 within the legal period,
Payment of accrued premiums within the legal period,
The workplace does not have any overdue premium, unemployment insurance premium, administrative fine and related delay penalty and delay increase debt to the Social Security Institution, although these debts have been structured or in installments,
Re-configured or installment debts are paid on time and regularly,
Not employing unregistered insured,
Employment of the insured in addition to the average of the number of insured notified to the Social Security Institution in the last six months before the month of employment,
PERIOD OF RECEIVING THE INCENTIVE NUMBER 06111
Periods of benefiting from the support in terms of men over 18 and younger than 29 and female insured over 18 years old as of the date of employment:
48 months due to those who have a Vocational Qualification Certificate, who are employed and / or employed in the profession or fields specified in the certificate, but are not unemployed registered with the Turkish Employment Agency,
54 months for unemployed persons who have a Vocational Qualification Certificate, who are employed and / or employed in the profession or fields specified in the certificate, and are also registered with the Turkish Employment Agency as of the date of employment,
36 months due to those who have been employed and / or employed in the profession or fields specified in the document after completing the secondary or higher education providing vocational and technical education or the workforce training course organized by the Turkish Employment Agency, but are not unemployed registered with the Turkish Employment Agency,
42 months for unemployed persons who are employed and / or employed in the profession or fields specified in the document after completing secondary or higher education providing vocational and technical education or a workforce training course organized by the Turkish Employment Agency, and also registered to the Turkish Employment Agency as of the date of employment,
24 months due to those who do not have a vocational qualification certificate, who have not completed secondary or higher education providing vocational and technical education or the labor training course organized by the Turkish Employment Agency, and who are not unemployed registered with the Turkish Employment Agency,
30 months for unemployed individuals who do not have a vocational qualification certificate, do not complete vocational and technical education secondary or higher education or a labor training course organized by the Turkish Employment Agency, but are registered with the Turkish Employment Agency,
Periods of benefiting from the support in terms of male insurance holders over the age of 29 as of the date of employment:
24 months due to those who have a Vocational Qualification Certificate or have completed secondary or higher education providing vocational and technical education or a labor training course organized by the Turkish Employment Agency and are employed and / or employed in the profession or fields specified in the document, but are not unemployed registered with the Turkish Employment Agency,
30 months for those who have a Vocational Qualification Certificate or have completed secondary or higher education providing vocational and technical education or a workforce training course organized by the Turkish Employment Agency and are employed and / or employed in the profession or fields specified in the document, and are also unemployed registered with the Turkish Employment Agency,
6 months due to unemployed individuals who have not received a vocational qualification certificate or have not completed secondary or higher education providing vocational and technical education or a labor force training course by the Turkish Employment Agency,
