In accordance with the provision of additional article 4 of Law No.4447, the unemployment insurance of those working in workplaces that are in the very dangerous class within the scope of the Occupational Health and Safety Law No.6331 and have more than ten employees and which result in fatal or permanent incapacity within three years It is stipulated to be taken as 1% for three years, effective from the following calendar year.
With the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles Regarding Utilization of the Employer's Share Incentive for Unemployment Insurance Premium at Workplaces in the Highly Dangerous Class and with More Than Ten Employees, which was published in the Official Gazette dated 31.12.2018 and numbered 30642 for the implementation of the provision of the aforementioned article was explained.
TERMS OF USE:
The workplace is in the very dangerous class within the scope of the Law No. 6331,
The employer has more than ten employees in total every month in workplaces that are classified as very dangerous throughout Turkey,
Failure to have an occupational accident resulting in fatal or permanent incapacity within 3 years,
According to the Occupational Health and Safety Services Regulation published in the Official Gazette dated 29/12/2012 and numbered 28512, the workplace shall be approved by the IGS-KATIP for the provision of approved and ongoing occupational health and safety services, by the Ministry and having an agreement with authorized institutions and organizations,
