ADDITIONAL 6 POINT DISCOUNT
Within the scope of this discount applied for private sector employers operating in 51 provinces with low socio-economic development index and Bozcaada and Gökçeada districts; Firstly, a 5-point discount on earnings up to the upper limit of earnings subject to premium, and then a 6-point discount on invalidity, old-age and death insurance premiums calculated on earnings up to the lower limit of earnings subject to premium are provided. Additional 6 points premium discount is applied as of 01.01.2013.
With the President's Decree No. 503, dated 25/12/2018, for workplaces operating in the locations specified in the lists (I), (II) and (III) annexed to the Council of Ministers Decision No. 2013/4966, published in the Official Gazette dated 14/7/2013 and numbered 28707 the application period of the additional 6-point discount has been extended until 31/12/2019.
The workplace is not one of the institutions and organizations that fall within the scope of the second paragraph of Article 30 of Law No. 5335,
The work done is not from the procurement and construction works undertaken within the scope of the Law No. 2886, Law No. 4734 and Article 3 of Law No.,
The workplace is one of the businesses operating in the places listed in the lists (I), (II) and (III) annexed to the Council of Ministers Decree dated 30/5/2013 and numbered 2013/4966,
Submission of monthly premium and service documents or withholding and premium service declarations to the Social Security Institution within the legal period by selecting the law number 46486/56486/66486 according to the region included in the lists (I), (II) and (III),
Payment of accrued premiums within the legal period,
The workplace does not have any debts of overdue premium, unemployment insurance premium, administrative fine and related delay penalty and delay increase to the Social Security Institution, although these debts have been structured or in installments,
The employer's debt of overdue premium, unemployment insurance premium, administrative fine and related delay penalty and delay increase to the Social Security Institution throughout Turkey and in case the employer is a real person, the total debts within the scope of 4/1-b of Law No.5510 is not more than the gross minimum wage, but these debts are structured or in installments, although they are excessive
Structured or installment debts are paid on time and regularly,
Not employing unregistered insured or not reporting fake insured,
An additional 6-point discount cannot be used for employees subject to social security support premium.
In the month of benefiting from the investment incentive specified in the Additional Article 2 of the Law No.5510, an additional 6-point discount cannot be used.
In order to check whether there are any overdue debts across Turkey, employers must apply for the activation of e-No Debt.
