Businesses other than legal entities with electricity generation licenses, operating under the chamber of commerce and / or industry, producing all kinds of goods and operating in the manufacturing sector, whose annual total energy consumption is minimum 500 tons of equivalent oil benefit from this support.
The aim of the program is to increase the energy efficiency of businesses operating in our country. In this context, 2 sub-programs are implemented under the name of Efficiency Increasing Projects and Voluntary Agreements.
Prerequisites for businesses wishing to apply for both sub-programs are being registered in the database of the Ministry as of the date of application, to appoint someone with an energy manager certificate as an energy manager, having the average annual total energy consumption for the last 3 years to be at least 500 TEP and entering these data into the database, having a certificate issued by the conformity assessment bodies accredited by the Turkish Accreditation Agency according to the TS EN ISO 50001 Energy Management System Standard or accredited by the Turkish Accreditation Agency or the submission of a document stating that an application has been made to obtain a document.
