Real and legal persons who want to obtain a Certificate of Efficiency in Generating Electricity from Waste Heat with Cogeneration and Micro-cogeneration Plants within the Scope of Unlicensed Electricity Generation without company obligation by obtaining license can apply for a project to the General Directorate of Renewable Energy of the Ministry of Energy and Natural Resources within the scope of the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles Regarding the Calculation of the Efficiency of Cogeneration and Micro-cogeneration Facilities published in the Official Gazette dated 18/10/2014 and numbered 29123 and the "Cogeneration Facility Yield Certificate and Evaluation Certificate Application Guide".
