5 points of the employer's share of invalidity, old-age and survivors insurances calculated on the basis of premium earnings of the insured, which must be paid by private sector employers, is covered as a discount. The five-point premium discount is applied as of 01.10.2008.
TERMS OF USE:
The workplace is not one of the institutions and organizations that fall within the scope of the second paragraph of Article 30 of Law No. 5335,
The work done is not from the procurement and construction works within the scope of the Law No. 2886, Law No. 4734 and Article 3 of Law No. 4734 or pursuant to international agreements,
Submitting monthly premium and service documents or withholding and premium service declarations to the Social Security Institution by selecting 05510 law number within the legal period,
Payment of accrued premiums within the legal period,
The workplace does not have any overdue premium, unemployment insurance premium, administrative fine and related delay penalty and delay increase debt to the Social Security Institution, although these debts have been structured or in installments,
Structured or installment debts are paid on time and regularly,
Not employing unregistered insured or not reporting fake insured employees,
5 points discount cannot be used for employees subject to social security support premium.
