SUPPORTING INTERNATIONAL DOMESTIC SPECIALIZED FAIRS
DETAILS
The purpose of the support is to ensure the external promotion of the sectoral international domestic fairs determined by the Ministry and to increase the participation at the international level, the expenses of the organizers and participants are covered within the framework of certain amounts and rates. Participants are supported by 50% of the ground rent and stand expenses in the sectoral domestic fairs. The amount of support to be paid to the exhibitor on a fair basis cannot exceed 41,000 Turkish Liras. The Ministry may limit the number of domestic fairs to which the same participant can receive support in a calendar year, and the support rate and maximum support amount.
To be held abroad with the aim of promoting the domestic fairs of the organizers and ensuring international participation and visits to these fairs;
- Seminars, conferences, meetings and announcements on the subject of the domestic fair,
- Promotional activities in the form of billboards, posters, catalogs, brochures / booklets,
- Electronic promotion / video wall, multivision shows,
- Ads to be published in mass media,
The transportation and accommodation expenses, info stand participation in international fairs with a total area not exceeding 18 m2, show / event / trend area expenses in international fairs, expenses of at most 2 (two) organizer employees for the show / event / trend area to be realized before and during the fair in order to increase the effectiveness of domestic fairs and international participation and visits to these fairs Within the scope of the international fair visit organized in the sector / sectors that are the subject of the domestic fair are within the scope of support. Based on the preliminary eligibility to be given to the promotional projects to be submitted to the Ministry, the expenditures for promotional activities up to 75% within the framework of the criteria to be determined fluently, will benefit from the support up to 729.000 Turkish Liras for the promotional activities carried out abroad for each domestic fair and A support up to 243,000 Turkish Liras is provided for the promotional activities carried out in the country.
