SUPPORTING PARTICIPATIONSIN INTERNATIONAL FAIRS
DETAILS
The purpose of the support is to contribute to the promotion of Turkish export products in foreign markets and to increase exports by supporting the exhibition affiliates abroad and the promotional expenses made by the organizers.
Support for Participants
Fair participation and individual participations held by the participants within the scope of international fair organization are supported by taking into account the size of the exhibitor's stand area in square meters.
The amount of support to be paid to the exhibitor on a fair basis cannot exceed 77,000 Turkish Liras if the international fair is of a general nature; If it is sectoral qualified, it cannot exceed 117,000 Turkish Liras; If it is one of the prestigious fairs determined by the Ministry (General Directorate of Exports), it cannot exceed 394,000 Turkish Liras.
The base amount for the support cannot exceed 50% of the approximate total cost per square meter on the basis of the fair and / or country and / or sector, and 70% in the target countries determined by the Ministry.
The participant can benefit from prestigious fair participation support for fairs determined by the Ministry (General Directorate of Exports) for a maximum of 2 (two) times in a calendar year.
Support for Organizers
The expenditures from the promotional activities carried out abroad for the promotion of Turkish export products, sectors, exhibitors or international fair organization made by the organizers assigned by the Ministry regarding the ones determined in the Implementation Procedures Circular are supported at a rate of 75%.
The amount of support cannot exceed 504,000 Turkish Liras if the international fair is of general nature, and 790,000 Turkish Liras if it is sectoral.
In sectoral fairs, based on the preliminary eligibility to be given to the publicity project to be submitted to the Ministry (General Directorate of Exports), in addition to the 790.000 Turkish Liras support amount specified in the previous article, 75% of the expenses to be made within the scope of the project are supported, not exceeding 504.000 Turkish Liras.
