Women, young entrepreneurs and producers' organizations can apply to this support, especially at the SME level, by giving priority to real and legal persons.
The construction of the following new facilities, the completion of the partially made investments, the capacity increase of the active existing facilities and technology renewal and / or modernization investment issues will be supported:
Infrastructure systems for the development of family business activities,
Investments in beekeeping and bee products,
Information systems and education,
Handicrafts and value-added products,
Silkworm breeding,
Aquaculture,
Machine parks for agricultural cooperatives and unions,
Medicinal and aromatic plant breeding investments,
Only steel silo and cold storage are supported in storage investments.
For investments in handicrafts and value added products, applications can only be made in rural areas.
- Greenhouse investments must be at least 0.5 decares in size.
- Closed orchard and vegetable growing areas and medicinal and aromatic plant
- Support is given to irrigation systems up to 10 decares in terms of cultivation.
- Electric tractors produced in our country are supported for producer organizations.
- Applications regarding tea and hazelnuts are only accepted in provinces where fresh tea and hazelnut production is made.
- In land leases, at least 7 years of lease is required, provided that it is only from public institutions. It is also possible to lease applications for capacity increase, technology renewal and / or modernization from individuals if they do not include construction work.
- The 7-year lease term and the ownership of the property on behalf of the applicant are not required for the applications regarding the investment issues to be made by the agricultural cooperatives in fishing shelters.
- Grants of up to 250,000 TL can be given, including 50% for investment issues.
- Projects with a total budget of less than 20,000 TL are not accepted.
- The project budget is prepared excluding VAT. All of the VAT is covered by the applicant.
- Construction works, machinery and equipment expenses, material purchase expenses are supported.
- Livestock purchase is not covered by the grant.
- Transformer and generator purchases are not covered by grant support.
- No grant support is provided for operating expenses such as the purchase of fixtures, furniture, furnishings and operating expenses such as raw materials or materials for the operation of the facility.
