The purpose of TÜBİTAK 1515 Precedence R&D Laboratories Support Program,
- Increasing the research qualifications of Turkish scientists and
- Ensuring that our country becomes a global center of attraction in certain fields of science and technology..
For the stated purposes, certain expenses of R&D Laboratories to be established in Turkey by national / international organizations that produce pioneering scientific and technological knowledge in their field will be supported as non-refundable (grant).
