In this program, in which different calls can be opened to increase capacity in the fields of entrepreneurship and innovation; it is aimed to ensure effective and productive results from the investment made by the private sector in R&D and innovation, to revive university-industry collaborations and to contribute to the faster development of startup companies established by entrepreneurs with technological business ideas. Calls such as Establishment and Execution of Entrepreneurship Certificate Program in Universities, and 1st Stage Implementing Organizations Calls for the 1512 Individual Youth Entrepreneurship (BiGG) Program, Development and Implementation of the Mentoring Mechanism for Increasing the Innovation Capacity of SMEs, Preparation, Start-up and Capacity Increase for Technology Transfer Offices and its Implementation have been opened so far.
