ADDITIONAL EMPLOYMENT INCENTIVE
DETAILS
It is implemented within the scope of provisional articles 19 and 21 of Law No. 4447.
• Conditions sought in terms of the insured:
The insured has to;
– Not having insurance coverage under 5510/4-a, b, c for more than 10 days in the three months before the month they were hired,
– Being unemployed registered with İŞKUR,
– Employed by private sector employers between 1/1/2018 and 31.12/2022.
• Conditions sought in terms of the workplace:
– Owned by a private sector employer,
– Employ in addition to the average in the monthly premium and service documents or withholding premium service statements reported from the workplace where the insured was hired for the calendar year prior to the date of employment,
– Submit monthly premium and service documents to SGK within the legal period,
– Pay the accrued insurance premiums within the legal period,
– Absence of overdue insurance premiums, unemployment insurance premiums, administrative fines and related delay fines and delay increase debts,
– The absence of any determination that he did not report the persons he worked with as insured or did not actually employ the insured persons he reported,
• Support amount
The support amount will be calculated differently according to the sector in which the workplace operates.
• In workplaces operating in the manufacturing or information sector, with all the premiums to be paid by each insured person to be employed additionally for the earning amount subject to premium up to 7.848,00 TL ans Stamp and income tax of 176.84 TL, not exceeding the amount to be found by multiplying the daily gross minimum wage for the relevant period with the number of premium payment days of the insured will be covered. (in total 1.280,47 to 3.119,84 TL)
• All premiums (1.103.63 TL) to be calculated over the lower limit of earning for each insured premium to be employed additionally in workplaces operating in other sectors and a stamp of 176.84 TL and income tax will be covered. (in total 1.280,47 TL)
• Support Period
Provided that the month of 2022 / December is not exceeded, the support period is 12 months for each insured employed between 1/1/2018 and 31/12/2022. However, the support will be applied for 18 months if the employed insured is a male older than 18, under 25, a female over 18 or a disabled person registered to the Institution.
• Additional Rules
The President is authorized to determine the workplaces that will benefit from the support in the IT sector.
Workplaces included within the scope of Law No.5510 between 1/1/2018 and 31/12/2022 and the works that did not employ insured in the year in which the average number of insured persons was calculated although they were previously registered will benefit from this support for 12 or 18 months from the third month following the month in which the insured is notified for the first time after 1/1/2018
In the month benefiting from this incentive, other insurance premium incentives, supports and discounts cannot be used for the same insured
