With the program, it is aimed to demonstrate modern bio-energy technologies and energy efficiency measures in the agricultural industry sector, to organize policy and framework programs for transformation between sub-sectors, and to bring unused agricultural wastes and wastes to the economy by ensuring bioenergy transformation with work packages for capacity building and awareness raising.

In this context;

It is aimed to collect, transport, store and make them usable in the energy facility for use in energy facilities that will benefit from industrial facilities, hazelnut husk, sunflower stalk, cotton stalk, paddy husk, vineyard and pruning wastes. Efficiency, sustainability, innovation and domestic product / production criteria will be prioritized in projects.

Projects with machine equipment design and manufacturing in accordance with the project spirit will be evaluated with priority.

Grant support up to 50% will be provided for the proposed projects. The amount of support / co-financing will be finalized after the feasibility studies and profitability analysis to be determined as a result of the business plan. Technical support (feasibility study and business plan) costs will be covered by the project.

The projects will be supported by UNIDO (United Nations Industrial Development Organization) with GEF-6 funding.

Building and construction expenses will not be supported.
