INCENTIVES FOR UNEMPLOYMENT BENEFIT RECEIVERS

If recipients of unemployment benefits are hired in the last six months before the date of employment, in addition to the average number of insured as reported in their premium and service documents, all (985.90 TL) is covered by the Unemployment Insurance Fund except for 1% of the social security premium calculated over the minimum wage during the remaining unemployment benefit.
The period of support to the employer is deducted from the total entitlement period determined initially for the unemployment benefit.
The employers must submit the monthly premium and service document to the SGK within the legal period and the premiums must be paid within the legal period.
In case the employee resumes work at the workplace where he left the job, these incentive provisions cannot be used
