KKYDP SUPPORTING ECONOMIC INVESTMENTS BASED ON AGRICULTURE

By giving priority to women, young entrepreneurs and producer organizations, at the SME level, real and legal persons can apply.
The construction of the following new facilities, the completion of the partially made investments, the capacity increase of the active existing facilities and technology renewal and / or modernization investment issues will be supported:
Processing, drying, packaging and storage of medicinal and aromatic plants
Processing, drying, freezing, packaging and storage of vegetable or animal products
Cattle breeding
Ovine breeding
Poultry breeding
Cultured mushroom production
Poultry slaughterhouses
Steel silo and cold storage (only construction of new facilities is supported)
Modern greenhouses with air conditioning, irrigation and fertilization systems for the production of agricultural products (capacity increase investments are not supported with the completion of partially made investments)
Cattle and sheep slaughterhouses (only technology renewal and / or modernization investments of existing facilities are supported)
Solar and wind energy investments to provide electricity to irrigation cooperatives
Solar, wind, biogas, geothermal energy investments for the use of greenhouses of at least 3 decares in size
Aquaculture in seas and inland waters
Processing, packaging and storage of animal and vegetable fertilizers
- Within the scope of the processing of agricultural products, except for hard-shelled fruits, investment proposals for secondary processing and packaging of the finished product first processed in another investment facility and investments for processing and packaging of products produced abroad are not considered within the scope of grant support.
- New investment applications for flour, feed and seed cotton are not accepted. Applications regarding tea and hazelnuts are only accepted in provinces where fresh tea and hazelnut production is made.
- In land leases, at least 7 years of lease is required, provided that it is only from public institutions. It is also possible to lease applications for capacity increase, technology renewal and / or modernization from individuals if they do not include construction work.
- In the applications regarding investment issues to be made by agricultural cooperatives, there is no requirement for a 7-year lease term and the property to be on behalf of the applicant.
- Applications, which are new facilities, are evaluated with priority if they are made in rural areas, small specialized industrial sites, specialized / mixed / private organized industrial zones and agriculture-based specialized organized industrial zones. No grant support is provided for the production of agricultural products within the scope of this program.
- Grants of up to 1.500.000 TL for new facility investments, 1.000.000 TL for completion investments, 750.000 TL for capacity increase, technology renewal and / or modernization investments can be given as 50% for investment issues.
- Projects with a total budget of less than 250,000 TL are not accepted.
- The project budget is prepared excluding VAT. All of the VAT is covered by the applicant.
- Construction works, machinery and equipment expenses, material purchase expenses are supported.
- Livestock purchase is not covered by the grant.
- Transformer purchases are not covered by grant support.
