NORMALIZATION INCENTIVE
DETAILS
Within the scope of Normalization Support; Employers are provided with premium support if the insured who applied before 1/7/2020 and benefited from the short-time work allowance or cash wage support applied due to the force majeure originating from the new coronavirus (Covid-19), returning to their normal weekly working hours at the same workplace.
With the incentive, support will be provided to employers for six months starting from the month following the end of short work / cash wage support, not exceeding the date of 30/06/2021, for a period of six months, in the amount of the entire social security premiums to be calculated over the earnings subject to premium. The support amount is 1.103.63 TL per month.
The support period to be provided to the employer for each month is limited to the average number of days per month that the insured benefits from short-time working allowance / cash wage support.
