European Union Turkey Business Development Centers (ABIGEM) are organizations that provide training and consultancy services to SMEs in the field they need, and operate under the status of Joint Stock Company established under the leadership of TOBB in partnership with the relevant Chambers of Commerce and/or Industry.
ARDEB
Research Support Programs Directorate is a unit affiliated with TÜBİTAK, which supports research projects proposed by universities, public institutions and organizations and the private sector.
Accelerator Program
It is a support program implemented to accelerate the development of technological products and technology-intensive start-up (early stage) initiatives. Support is provided in subjects such as equipment and operational expenses for activities such as opening up to international markets, increasing exports, taking part in developed entrepreneurship ecosystems.

It is a support mechanism carried out by the Ministry of Industry and Technology, General Directorate of Incentive Implementation and Foreign Capital. Provinces covered by CMP are Adıyaman, Ağrı, Ardahan, Batman, Bayburt, Bingöl, Bitlis, Diyarbakır, Elazığ, Erzincan, Erzurum, Gümüşhane, Hakkâri, Iğdır, Kars, Malatya, Mardin, Muş, Siirt, Şanlıurfa, Şırnak, Tunceli, Van. If investments decided to be supported under the CMP are found appropriate by the relevant Committee; they benefit from energy support and the support elements provided within the scope of the Council of Ministers Decree No. 2012/3305, at the rates and periods applied in the 6th region, under the conditions of the 6th region.

Attraction Centers Supporting Program (CMDP)
It is the support program of the Ministry of Industry and Technology implemented in Adana, Diyarbakır, Elazig, Erzurum, Gaziantep, Hatay, Malatya, Mardin, Mersin, Samsun, Sivas, Sanliurfa, Trabzon and Van provinces in order to provide a more balanced settlement order throughout the country and to gradually direct migration.
