Except for optional insurance holders and mukhtars, the amount of invalidity, old-age and survivors insurances premiums of the insurance holders within the scope of subparagraph (b) of the first paragraph of Article 4 of Law No.5510, which corresponds to five points over the earning subject to premium, is covered by the Treasury.
