SUPPORTING OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH AND SAFETY SERVICES
DETAILS
In order to support occupational health and safety services in dangerous and very dangerous workplaces with less than 10 employees, as of 1/1/2014, 1.4% of the daily gross minimum wage per insured person is paid to the employer in workplaces in the dangerous class and 1.6% in the workplaces in the very dangerous class.
TERMS OF USE:
Less than ten employees in workplaces classified as dangerous and very dangerous across Turkey,
Submission of monthly premium and service documents to the Social Security Institution within the legal period,
Not having any unpaid premium and premium debt to the Social Security Institution within the legal period,
Not employing unregistered insured persons,
Preparing a reflection invoice for dangerous and very dangerous workplaces on behalf of the Social Security Institution and submitting it to the unit,
The workplace must have a contract with the service provider for the provision of approved and ongoing occupational health and safety services registered with the İSG-KATİP.
Applications for support payments are made:
for January, February and March, until the end of April,
for April, May and June, until the end of July,
for July, August and September until the end of October,
for October, November and December until the end of following year’s January.
Applications for support payments are made:
First period support payments for January, February and March at the end of May,
Second period support payments for April, May and June at the end of August,
Third period support payments for the months of July, August and September at the end of November,
Fourth period support payments for October, November and December at the end of February of the following year.
