RETROSPECTIVE BENEFITING FROM INCENTIVES

From the premium incentives, supports and discounts included in both Law No.5510 and other Laws, provided that the conditions sought in the relevant Laws are met, regarding April / period 2018 and after;
The request to benefit from the retrospective premium incentive for the month / period that can be used but not used,
The request for the replacement of the insurance premium incentive, support and discount with another incentive,
must be done on the internet / paper environment within six months following the month / period in which the retroactive incentive is desired by the employer.
Regarding April / period 2018 and beyond, the difference premium amounts arising from the processing of the retrospective utilization request from incentives are offset within the principles specified in the Law No.5510, without calculating the statutory interest. If there is any remaining amount as a result of these transactions, this amount will be refunded to the employer without calculating the legal interest.
For requests for retrospective incentives or incentive amendments for March / 2018 and before Employers are required to apply on the internet between 1/4/2018 and 1/6/2018 (including this date) or in paper form to the social security provincial directorate / social security center where the workplace is affiliated.
Accordingly, if the applications to benefit from retroactive incentives or change incentives are made until 1/6/2018 (including this date), unused premium incentives, supports and discounts can be used or the premium incentives, supports and discounts that have been used can be replaced with another premium incentive, support and discount, provided that the necessary conditions in the relevant laws are met. If applications for retrospective incentives and incentive amendments for March / period 2018 and before are made on and after 2/6/2018, no action will be taken on these requests.
