ETHICAL LEARNING IN VENTURES
Due to the lack of written moral values and due to the moral degeneration of societies, approaches and behaviors far from moral values may increase in the business world and businesses. The entrepreneur's moral responsibilities and giving importance to ethical principles fills an important gap at this point. However, considering the forgetfulness, ambition to earn more, the desire to get ahead and exit from the competition as both a manager and an employee, it is seen that the need for written ethical rules in almost every sector and business is felt more and more every day. In line with this need, it is a matter of writing ethical principles for business organizations and even political organizations.
In this context, there is a need for an ethical guide, which is an important part of ethical learning in terms of ventures and is expected to guide all kinds of internal and external relationships. The belief that ethical rules will be more objective, rational and applicable among ventures through ethical guidelines is increasing day by day. At this point, perhaps the fact that unwritten moral value judgments have been corrupted, ignored may be effective. Above all, considering the fact that people are forgetful and need guidance due to different passions, the importance of initiatives to provide ethical values as a written guide is clearly understood in terms of contribution to ethical learning.
